Bio

Dr. Ken Montgomery is a board-certified, fellowship-trained, orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine and surgical management of the hand, upper extremity, and knee.  Across his 30-year career, Dr. Montgomery has helped thousands of patients with management of their orthopedic conditions.  He believes in taking a personalized approach for each patient and making sure that patients are fully informed about the risks, benefits, and limitations of both non-operative and operative treatments.

Dr. Montgomery is senior physician partner with Tri-County Orthopedics and part of the Orthopedic Department at Atlantic Health.  In addition, he is one of the longest tenured physicians of the New York Jets Medical Staff where he previously served as Head Team Physician from 2007-2023.  

Dr. Montgomery is a founding partner for Curbside Orthopedics and currently serves as Medical Director.
